Refund and Return Policy Our Commitment At The Le Jewelers, each piece is carefully handcrafted using natural jade. Because jade is a natural stone and every item is made by hand, no two pieces are exactly the same. Our work emphasizes craftsmanship, intention, and quality, and our policies are designed to reflect the uniqueness of each creation while maintaining fairness for our supporters.
All Sales Are Final All purchases are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed. Each piece is individually crafted and may feature natural variations in color, texture, transparency, or shape. These variations are inherent to genuine jade and are part of what makes each piece unique, not defects.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Each case will be reviewed carefully by our team. Because many of our pieces are limited and cannot be recreated, replacements may not always be available. If a replacement is not possible, we will work directly with you to determine a fair and appropriate resolution.
What Is Not Covered Damage caused by normal wear, impact, drops, or improper handling Sizing issues or personal preference, and lost or stolen packages.
Shipping and Returns If a return is approved, we will provide instructions for safe return shipping. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted. Original shipping costs are non refundable.
