Shipping Policy

All orders from The Le Jewelers are shipped exclusively through USPS. Processing Time In stock orders ship within standard processing timelines.

Custom pieces and pendants with bails require additional production time of 2 to 4 weeks before shipment. Delivery Timeframes Domestic orders are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage and typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipment.  Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, or peak shipping periods.

Shipping Address                                                                                                            Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer cannot be replaced or refunded.

Lost or Damaged Packages                                                                                            Once an order is marked as delivered by USPS, it is considered fulfilled. If a package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery confirmation. We will assist with filing a USPS claim when applicable.

Tracking                                                                                                                        Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships. Tracking updates are available through the USPS website.
